Insurance $3,000,000 Garage-keeper's liability and $250,000 Garage- keepers legal liability insurance coverage for it's operations. WATERFRONT PARKING will provide your establishment with certificate of insurance.

WATERRONT PARKING maintains the legally required Worker's Compensation Insurance for all of it's employees.

Training WATERFRONT PARKING  will screen all of it's employees in regards to experience, driving record, etc. WATERFRONT PARKING has the most discriminating list of rules in the industry to train their attendant's. (see Rules & Regulations).

Lot Managers: A lot manager is assigned to each shift of service.

Area Managers: An area manager periodically visits each location of his/her responsibility. The area manager is always available on a 24 hour basis via a paging system.

Security: Valet parking provides security for your guests through our insurance coverage and surveillance by our attendants.

Traffic Control: With your approval, we will design and implement a "traffic flow" program to minimize parking lot problems and to maximize usage.
