WATERFRONT PARKING will screen all of its employees in regards to experience, driving records, etc. WATERFRONT PARKING will formally train each of its employees based on the following list of rules: 1. Be on time. 2. Always be in uniform. 3. Always be clean shaved. 4. No long hair (men only). 5. No earrings (men only) 6. Always uniformed in neat and orderly fashion. 7. No smoking or chewing tobacco. 8. No eating or drinking while on duty. 9. No consumption of alcoholic beverages while on duty. 10. Greet every customer with a smile. 11 .Open all doors. 12. Be aware of women, children and the elderly. 13. No speeding. 14. Lock all doors. 15. Hang all key with claim check attached. 16. Clean Valet stations. 17. Answer any responsible question a guest might have. 18. You must answer any request given by a valet manager or establishment manager. 19. If you are going to be late, call at least three hours prior to shift. 20. If you can not fill your shift, find a replacement and notify the Waterfront Parking Management. 21. Take any grievances with other employees to Waterfront Parking management immediately. 22. Remember, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! -Every Waterfront employee will be given a list of the above rules and regulations, -Waterfront Parking will post at the valet stations the above list. -Waterfront Parking agrees to have both its management and staff undergo any training which Establishment's management may view as either helpful or essential. |
